CA M.B.Sridharan, FCA, Senior Partner Sri and Sri Associates has graduated in science (BSc. Math) from the Madras University and subsequently, he joined the Chartered Accountancy course of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant, he has worked in various senior positions in one of the reputed firms of Chartered Accountants, M/s Fraser & Ross, now known as M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He has had very good exposure during his stint with M/s Fraser & Ross in various facets like Acquisitions and mergers, Restructuring, Direct and Indirect taxation including International taxation, etc. Sridharan had a flair to establish his own firm to practice the profession of auditing and consultancy. His firm, Sri & Sri Associates was established in the year 1991. His untiring effort and quality service to the clients has earned him a lot of Goodwill due to which he holds the following positions with various Organizations.

He is also actively involved in many social and religious institutes. He has initiated an endowment for the Welfare of the Sports Club in Dhanbad. In collaboration with Rotary Orchards and Inner Wheel he and his Family had Contributed for the Mid-Day Meal Scheme for the students in the B.S.A.P. School, Bangalore; Construction of a Kitchen & Dining Hall for Christu Old Age Home Bangalore; He has Initiated an Endowment Cash Award and Rolling Shield which has been instilled in the Name of his in-laws for the first rank students of class 10 and all the three groups of PUC of the Manjunathath Swami Vidyanikethan Matriculation School, Bangalore; He has extended monetary support to many candidates for education, marriage etc. He has received the Prof. G Venkatasubbiah Global Leadership Award for the year 2013. He is a Patron donor of many Social, Cultural and Religious Organisations and Institutions.
